About Us

Chesapeake Bay Snacks (CBS) is a Baltimore-based snack food company that manufacturers, wholesales, and retails snack foods.

We acquired the Koldkiss brand in 2020, and plan to continue the Koldkiss snowball tradition that began in 1980. The Koldkiss brand includes over 80 flavors of snow cone/snowball syrups; a range of dessert toppings including chocolate and caramel sauces; marshmallow creme; and ice shaver machines. We also distribute other brands’ products, including Novelty ice cream cones, Dell’s maraschino cherries, Cloverland Farms ice cream mix, and Kerry Select sprinkles. We sell these items on-line and from our Baltimore warehouse.

CBS acquired the Joseph's Sugar Free Syrup brand in early 2022.
