The creamy vanilla deliciousness of marshmallow creme is a welcome accompaniment to any treat. Here in Baltimore, a Snowball isn't complete without a big ol' scoop on top!  To reach snowball-ready consistency, mix with warm water. Once the water has been added, it requires refrigeration.  For bakery items, marshmallow creme is used in meringues, s'mores bars, whoopie pies, fudge, icings, among others.  We also carry a 10# ready to use marshmallow creme.  This product is certified Kosher.
